Advanced Warfare Game Modes

There can be a maximum of 12 players in 1 single-game on Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, these are the game modes that are currently available on Advanced Warfare.

Capture The Flag - This game mode is where there are 12 players on 2 teams of 6 players and you have to capture a flag that is positioned or placed in the middle of the map and you get a certain amount of points for every time you capture the flag and return it back to your base, which is normally where you initially re-spawned. The first team to reach a certain amount of points will win the game mode and it can be very amusing to play if you win the game.

Domination - This game mode is where there are 12 players on 2 teams of 6 players and you have 3 places to dominate and every time you dominate a place you get 1 points every few seconds and the game ends when the time-limit of 10 minutes is reached or when the winning team reaches the score-limit of 200 points. This game mode can be very entertaining and amusing to play if you win the game.

Free For All - This game mode is where there are a certain amount of players and every one is against each other and the aim of the game is to kill as many people as possible in the time-limit or to be the first person to reach 30 kills in the game. This game mode can be very tense and competitive to play, even if you do not win the game.

Hardpoint - This game mode is very similar to domination but there is only one Hardpoint to capture in the whole game and you have to defend the Hardpoint or capture it if the other team has already captured it before your team have. This game mode can be very enthusiastic to play if you win the game.

Infected - This game mode is where there are 12 players and there is a countdown of 15 seconds until somebody will randomly be selected to be the Infected person. The person who gets chosen as the first-infected gets to start with a pistol to give them a chance of killing someone in the 2 minute time-limit that they have to kill someone before the game ends. Everybody else has to survive and kill the Infected people by shooting them with their Bulldog shotgun or by knifing them, which would be risky as they can knife you back easily. When an Infected person kills you die and you re-spawn into their team, therefore making it even harder for the non-infected people as they lose team-mates. The aim of the game is to be the last-surviving person and to beat the time-limit, which is quite hard to do.

Kill Confirmed - This game mode is where there are 12 players; 6 players on each team (2 teams) and every time someone kills someone and gets their dog-tag then the team who got the dog-tag gets the 1 point and the objective of this game mode is to reach 100 points, which can be a very amusing game if you win the game.

Search & Destroy - This game mode is an old-favourite game mode and it is where there are 2 teams of 6 people on each team and the aim of the game is to kill every person on the other team without losing all of your team-mates. You can also plant and defuse bombs to win the game. The first to win 6 rounds wins the whole game. This game mode can be very enjoyable and entertaining to play if you win the game.

Search & Rescue - This game mode is exactly the same as Search & Destroy but when you get killed you drop a dog-tag (like Kill Confirmed) and if one of your team-mates picks it up for you before an enemy then you get revived and re-spawned back into the game and you can carry on playing. This game mode can be very lively and pleasant to play if you win the game.

Team Deathmatch - This game mode is where there are 12 players; 6 players on each team (2 teams) and every time someone gets a kill that equals 100 points for the team and the objectives of this game mode is to reach 7500 points (75 kills) before the other team, which can be fun and very competitive for most players if you win the game.
